Research Summary

We are developing micromachined sensors, actuators and microfluidic components for handling a small quantity of liquid and gas samples for bio/chemical applications. The scale of sensor and surrounding components ranges from nanometers to millimeters. Majority of our research is currently supported by the National Science Foundation.
